- As soon as we have received your wishes, you will receive a response from us quickly. Sometimes we (still) have additional questions before we start to fine-tune your journey until it is completely to your liking. After that you can expect a nice travel and price proposal within 7 working days.

- For payments, we work together with Certo Escrow, an independent payment environment that provides complete security to our customers through a delivery guarantee. You will receive an invitation by email from Certo Escrow with a username and password. In that email you will be asked to log in to the secure section of the Certo Escrow website. If you are logged in, you will find the details of your booking here and an invitation to pay. A deposit of 30% of the travel sum, € 20.00 booking fee and € 12.50 for the guarantee arrangement must be paid
- The remainder of the travel sum must be in the possession of Stichting Derdengelden Certo Escrow no later than eight weeks before the day of departure. If the agreement is concluded within eight weeks of the day of departure, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately.
- 14 days before departure you will receive your extensive travel documents by e-mail.

Guarantee arranged (STO GARANT)
In order to meet its statutory obligation to provide a guarantee, De specialist in Wellness & Azië reizen uses STO Garant for all travel packages. STO Garant is a guarantee scheme, recognised by the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) . It consists of an Escrow account in which your payment is held until your trip has come to an end. As the traveller, you do not pay De specialist in Wellness & Azië reizen but instead pay the booking sum into the escrow account belonging to Stichting Derdengelden Certo Escrow, a payment service provider registered with the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). Stichting Derdengelden Certo Escrow processes all payments on behalf of STO Garant.
